Striving Higher Counseling is committed to clear and transparent information about the cost of counseling services. Under federal law, individuals who are uninsured or choosing not to use insurance are entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of their care.
A Good Faith Estimate may be provided when counseling services are scheduled and can also be requested at any time. The estimate will identify the services reasonably expected to be provided and the anticipated charges associated with those services.
A Good Faith Estimate is not a contract and does not require you to continue services. Actual services or costs may change based on your individual needs, treatment plan, frequency of sessions, or other circumstances.
If the amount ultimately billed is substantially higher than the amount listed in your Good Faith Estimate, federal law may provide a process for disputing the charge.
