Safe Space + Brave Space

Counseling should be a safe place where you can speak honestly without being reduced to a diagnosis, a mistake, or the hardest part of your story. It should also be a brave space where you can face patterns, beliefs, wounds, and choices that may be keeping you stuck.

At Striving Higher Counseling, you will be supported with compassion and challenged with purpose. The goal is not judgment or perfection. The goal is greater awareness, healthier patterns, deeper connection, and meaningful growth.

Meet Thomas "Tommy" Luster

I bring more than two decades of ministerial leadership, a background as a retired professional athlete, and advanced training in professional counseling into the counseling room. My style is grounded, direct, compassionate, relational, and practical.
‍
I believe meaningful counseling happens when people feel safe enough to be honest and supported enough to become brave about growth. Rather than forcing you into a rigid model, I work to understand the person sitting in front of me and tailor counseling to your needs, goals, story, and values.
